Day 2 · 48 Hours · AI Stands Down

WF02 Phase 3 — Day 2 Temperature-Routed Email

The AI autonomous window closes. Reception takes the lead.

Active · Currently In Play

At Day 2 the AI's autonomous engagement window ends. From here on the AI listens but doesn't initiate. WF02 Phase 3 fires one temperature-routed email to new patients who haven't booked — content adapts to what the AI captured during the Day 0–1 conversation.

Returning patients do not receive a Day 2 email. Booked leads are skipped entirely.

Phase 3 logic

Step 3.2 · If / Else — Already Booked?

Step 3.3 · If / Else — New Patient?

Steps 3.4–3.8 · Temperature routing

Meanwhile on the desk

Day 2 is the first reception-led call attempt. The email goes out in the morning; the call attempt is scheduled for a different time-of-day bucket to the Day 0 first attempt. Reception's call-disposition log feeds straight into WF02 Phase 2 (the 7-way router) so the next cadence step adapts automatically.

Why temperature routing matters

A Hot lead gets urgency — the booking link is front-and-centre and the subject line says "your smile is closer than you think." A Warm lead gets pace — "taking the next step, at your pace" with options, not pressure. A Cool lead gets presence — "no rush, we're here when you need us." Same day in the cadence, three different patient experiences, all calibrated against what the AI already knows.
