Day 5 is the second intentional silent window in the 6-day cadence. WF02 has no scheduled automation on Day 5 — the Day 4 safety-net SMS (Phase 4) fired yesterday, the Day 6 sequence close (Phase 5) fires tomorrow. Everything between is reception's discretion.

Why the pattern holds

The cadence was designed with two silent gaps — Day 3 and Day 5 — so that every automated touch sits on its own. Back-to-back automation compounds into noise. One touch per day max, with two days of quiet room for the patient to move on their own, keeps the sequence inside the threshold of ethical follow-up.

What reception may do today

Third call attempts following the Day 4 safety-net SMS, for leads where reception judges the timing warrants it. No automated task. Reception-led judgement.
Reply to inbound messages. The AI is still in listen-only mode; any inbound routes to the team.
Disposition updates from prior calls feed the Phase 5 Day 6 close logic. If a disposition is logged today as "Not Interested" or "Wrong Number" the workflow respects it cleanly at tomorrow's close step.

What is NOT happening on Day 5

No outbound SMS. No scheduled email. No automated tag changes. The cadence is waiting. The only movement is whatever reception initiates off their own dashboard — and whatever the patient replies unprompted.
